Our goal is to provide students with foundational training in the Applied psychology of psychology with the goal of glorifying God by understanding and optimizing human functioning.

Through our developmental concentration, the student will be trained to use empirical research to evaluate developmental issues across the lifespan and offer practical solutions based on sound research. Through the industrial organization concentration, the student will be trained to apply knowledge of psychology to understand human thinking and behavior in organizational settings.

Each course seeks to bridge psychological understandings with a biblical worldview. Students will learn about lifespan development and industrial organization within an integrated approach. This program focuses on applying these concepts in real-world settings through application-based assignments and projects.
